No complaint, recommend this hotel. Upgraded brand-new place, it has marvellous location close to the terminal 21 mall, the BTS/rail network, and the BTS/Skytrain and change to Airport link service.

Good breakfast for the start of the day with healthy options, hot dishes plus from healthy options to traditional Thai to pastries. Brilliant location in a good location to access public transport too, and 5 minute walk from a huge mall. And next to excellent restaurants, bars, and late-night street food and terminal 21 shopping centre, train station, markets and cowboy area.

The venue is placed in a central position to Asok station.

The stay here was awesome, enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with stunning and brilliant location so close to the food exchange of Novotel, 2 major shopping malls-Terminal 21 and Emporium and Emquartier and the BTS or certain mainstream restaurants and stores.

We can't recommend highly enough the place and can't wait to go back. All well-maintained, everything you need for the christmas. The hotel has fairly quiet and luxurious rooms with a bathtub, pillow menu plus double bed. The breakfast in the restaurant is incredible.

A great selection of meals for breakfast, it was large. My room was freshly cleaned and contemporary with a bar, body lotion, as for instance as described.

It had not very nice views.

Location: the hotel was close enough to excellent restaurants, bars, and late-night street food as well as Asoke or Phrom Phong station. The room was great-sized and brand-new with coffee, a flat-screen television, and a seating area available.

Central setting of the hotel, very, very nice and understanding staff who gave brilliant service. Booked a spacious room with a very comfy bed, a bar, for example. Free parking on site provided.

The room I stayed in was quiet with city views. The breakfast was lovely and outstanding, the check in was quick.

It has exceptional and beautiful rooms to offer with great bathroom, rain shower, for example.

Marvellous and stunning location for our christmas. Easy access to Don Muang airport, within 30 km. Fast staff at the reception desk, fancy and spotless room.

The staff were genuinely nice, the room was quiet with a bar, toiletries, as example. The breakfast was outstanding, a wide array of appetising food.

The restaurant was charming for breakfast here, I had excellent dishes. The location was good, relatively near Emporium and Emquartier. The pool was great and I had free soft drinks in the sky bar.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel. The rooftop bar provided breathtaking views and live music. The staff were attentive and helpful - even assisting us with finding night market recommendations. The room was luxurious, new, and clean. we highly recommend this hotel.
